Peak Season (10 December - 10 January)
& Special Occasions

  • Villa: ZAR 2200 per night
  • (Stays longer than 7 days will receive 15% discount)
  • (Stays longer than 14 days will receive 25% discount)
  • One night stays over weekends ZAR 250 extra per person

High Season (September - April)

  • Villa: ZAR 1900 per night
  • One night stays over weekends ZAR 250 extra per person

Low Season (May - August)

  • Villa: ZAR 1380 per night
  • One night stays over weekends ZAR 250 extra per person

Breakfasts

  • CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST can be enjoyed at your lesure in your luxury 5 star villa at an additional cost of ZAR 45 per person.
  • FULL ENGLISH BREAKFAST at the Milkwood Restaurant - additional ZAR 65 per person. ( 4 minute walk from the villa - also on the beachfront.
  • ALSO SELF-CATERING option at your own time!

NOTE: If you require us to stock the fridge with certain items prior to your arrival, please request that we send you the appropiate form.

Cancellations for accommodation (excluding wedding accommodation) forfeit 25% of deposit paid. Cancellations less than 60 days prior to arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit paid. Cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival will forfeit 75% of deposit paid. Cancellations less than 14 days prior to arrival will forfeit 100% of deposit paid. Once guests have booked in and then leave 100% of booking fees forfeited. (These strict cancellation Policies of KENNEDYS is due to the fact that we exclusively cater for one couple at a time!).
